Neo Tokyo: Reality Actors (wip)

I didn't get to finish this in time for the Artstation Challenge of the same name😓 I literally missed the submission deadline by a couple of seconds, at least partially because I had to keep downscaling my final images to fit the file size limit🫠 I made a bunch of mistakes with the entire thing👀...
But I also didn't want all my work to go to waste😅🥲 I'm planning to finish it up some more and add what I've done to my portfolio🙇‍♂️
